How often should I get a massage?

Generally, massage on a healthy Guest should typically be 90 minutes; 60 minutes is also common. Weekly massages are ideal, but you can reap plenty of benefits from monthly visits, too. Your massage therapist will work with you to set a specific schedule of appointments that fits with your workout routine, as well as your finances. We suggest the Annual Membership for repeat Guests. Membership gives you 20% off all services!

General Tipping Etiquette

Etiquette states you should tip 20% on average, depending on how good the session went:

* Did the Therapist listen to what you want, as far as intensity of massage and type?
* Did the Therapist inquire about any problem areas they should focus on or avoid?
